Welcome Moms!

We are SO excited you have found our course on birth preparation. To say it was a "labor" of love would be cliche, but so true. The idea of this course was born from hours of conversations about what we wish someone would have told us while preparing for babies.

As a Birth Doula/Lactation Specialist (Kat) and Chiropractic Physician (Stacy) we have the unique opportunity to work with moms and babies every day. For years we have tried to prepare moms for birth, but we've been doing it one mom at a time. We are beyond excited that we can now offer this information to even more moms! This course was created by moms, for moms. We have taken our years of education and clinical experience and given you as much as we can to FULLY prepare you for birth, mentally, emotionally, physically and logistically. We hope that it gives you the confidence to birth in YOUR way. Birth can be the most amazing, empowering experience of your life and we hope this helps you in that journey.

Meet the Team

Hello! We wanted to take a minute to introduce ourselves before we take this journey together.

My name is Kat Markiewicz and I am a birth doula, CD(DONA) Childbirth Educator, (LCCE) and lactation provider (CLC). I have a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's in Women's and Gender Studies, which inspired my passion for reproductive justice. I love supporting families and using my work to improve maternal health outcomes in any way possible. Becoming a mother myself has taught me so much and I love to share my personal and professional experience with expecting parents!

My name is Dr. Stacy Fuller and I am a Webster Certified Chiropractic Physician and Certified Functional Medicine Provider. I also have a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, which affords me the unique ability to help people from both a physical and mental/emotional approach. I married my high school crush and have three perfectly imperfect kiddos, Parker, Kennedy and Cooper. When I'm not working with patients (mostly moms and babies) you can find me mommin' it up at sporting events or training for a run.

We are real moms trying to share our journeys in motherhood and life to hopefully help someone else along the way.
